Raised between two worlds. Working for both.

I am Jaime Galvis Otero, raised in Barranquilla, Colombia, with the German School Barranquilla as my foundation. There I learned not only the language, but a way of thinking: precise, structured and reliable.

After graduating, I moved to Hamburg to study Political Science. The city has been my second home ever since.

For more than 15 years I have worked in the international business world, across technology, sales and business consulting. Always with the same approach: build trust, understand processes and deliver results.

Livento is the natural intersection of all of this. It connects my Caribbean heritage, my European mindset and my entrepreneurial experience with a clear mission: to give international investors access to the Colombian Caribbean market. Safely, transparently and profitably.

Yes. Foreigners can legally purchase and own real estate in Colombia without needing residency. The property is registered 100% in your name at the public registry office.
No. You can complete the entire process remotely through a limited, legal and apostilled power of attorney. Livento handles the purchase, formalities and turnkey handover.
Livento manages the entire process from beginning to end: property search and legal review, purchase and notarial procedures, design and furnishing (4 styles), market launch and daily Airbnb operation. We do not sell our own properties and we do not speculate with your capital.
We usually work with investments between €50,000 and €200,000, depending on the city (Cartagena, Santa Marta or Barranquilla), the location and the type of property.
The return consists of three layers: Airbnb income (historical net ROI 3%-7%), property appreciation (approx. 8%-12% annually) and the value of personal use. It is an attractive total return with a tangible asset.
Our model is transparent: a one-time fee on the property value for purchase management, legal work and setup. And an operational fee of 20% on Airbnb income for full management. We do not charge hidden commissions.
Yes. The property belongs to you. You can block dates for personal use whenever you want. We adjust the pricing strategy to optimize profitability for the rest of the year.
Yes, as long as the property complies with local regulations. Livento filters in advance only properties that allow legal and safe short-term rental.
We support you with local tax advisors to meet tax obligations and correctly register foreign investment, so you can repatriate profits or sell smoothly in the future.
The main risks are legal, operational and remote-management related. Livento reduces them through comprehensive legal due diligence, a permanent local team, monthly financial reports and clear trilingual communication.
